  • Are the roads accessible in winter?
    Yes, but the property is elevated. We recommend a vehicle with decent clearance and all-wheel drive during winter months.
  • What happens if the weather is bad?
    Our cancellation policy applies regardless of weather. Travel insurance is encouraged for peace of mind.
  • Do cabins have fire pits or grills?
    Most cabins feature private fire pits and outdoor seating areas. Some also include propane or charcoal grills—see each listing for details.
  • Can I bring my own firewood?
    Yes, or we can provide bundles for your stay. Just let us know at the time of booking.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes—The Tree Lofts is pet-friendly! A small pet fee applies, and we ask that pets be well-behaved and never left unattended. Be sure to read the pet policy at booking.
  • Do the cabins have Wi-Fi?
    Yes! Each unit has high-speed wireless internet, suitable for streaming, remote work, and Zoom calls.
  • Are linens, towels, and toiletries provided?
    Yes. All cabins come with clean linens, bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
  • Is there a hot tub?
    Some cabins feature private outdoor hot tubs—check the individual listing or click here to browse hot tub cabins.
  • Is there a kitchen in each unit?
    Yes. All lofts include fully equipped kitchens with cookware, utensils, a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • How do I check in?
    You’ll receive a detailed welcome email with directions, parking info, and your personalized access code prior to arrival. All cabins use contactless self check-in.
  • Is there a minimum night stay?
    Yes, a two-night minimum is typically required. During holidays and peak seasons, longer stays may apply.
